Unhappy with your recent purchase? You have 14 days from the date you received it to let us know. Choose from: 

1. Store credit for the full purchase price, or
2. A refund to your original payment method less a 25% processing fee calculated off the total purchase amount.

If you would like help finding a replacement sculpture we are happy to consult with you.

All return shipments must be arranged through The Colored Petal and shipped back in their original packaging.

Ideally, you will have kept the original packaging for returning pieces of art you received. If this is not the case, please ensure secure packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot send you a replacement box.

Damaged in shipping


Should your sculpture be damaged on its way to you, please send us an email with photos of the damaged piece, the packaging it arrived in and your order number to Troy@thecoloredpetal.com with the subject line title 'Damaged'

Any custom or limited edition pieces of artwork are not subject to returns.
